If a customer elects to cease using our services, any information that we may have acquired about that customer's business in the course of performing our services is erased from our files.
We don't spam: Like most people, we're affronted by spam and we don't use it (we refuse to do business with any firm that does). If you subscribe to our newsletter or similar update services, we promise that you'll be emailed very infrequently; that any information we send you will be what we consider genuine news that may be of interest you (eg: new product lines or specials). In addition, you'll be able to unsubscribe at any time by returning any one of our communications with "Unsubscribe" in the subject line. Simple! We also conform to the principles and guidelines laid down in Australia's Spam Act 2003.
